Last cruise call this year
Spitsbergen was the last ship to call the Port of Runavík this year. The cruise guests received a warm welcome when they came ashore with zodiacs in Elduvík.
The visit was organized as a sosial sustainable project where the benefit goes to the locals and the local community. The Port of Runavík has, together with Visit Runavik, developed this special product for expedition ships in cooperation with local inhabitants. The maximum number of allowed calls to Elduvík is three ships a year.
The ship’s agent in the Faroe Islands is Faroe Ship.
