60th anniversary and new vessel
Saturday, 29 August, was a historic day for Navigare Shipping, as the company celebrated its 60th anniversary and at the same time welcomed Hav Leiti, its first newbuild.
A large crowd gathered in Søldarfjørður to see the new vessel and take part in the celebrations.
Álvur Højgaard, CEO and shipowner of Navigare Shipping, Tórbjørn Jacobsen, Mayor of Runavík Municipality, and Árni Tór Rasmussen, Chairman of the Board of Navigare Shipping, gave speeches.
