A busy and delightful cruise weekend
It was a busy and delightful cruise weekend with two ships from Phoenix Reisen GmbH in port: MS Deutschland on Saturday and MS Artania on Sunday.
Guests were warmly welcomed with a variety of activities, including a welcoming event with live concert and other cultural performances. A standout attraction is always the stunning Lake Toftavatn, a must-see for nearly all cruise visitors to Runavík. Throughout the town, the local cruise team was available to assist and guide guests with any information they needed.
On Sunday, the Harbour Board of the Port of Runavík had the pleasure of being invited aboard the Artania, together with Tor Shipping, for a guided tour and a lovely lunch. Our sincere thanks goes to the cruise director, Jörn Hofer, for the outstanding hospitality.
We anticipate welcoming Phoenix Reisen’s ships again next year and wish both ships a safe onwards journey.
