Is this the weather they came for?
- Yesterday, Ocean Nova visited Oyndarfjørður.
When the guests arrived by Zodiac in heavy rain, the locals may have wished for slightly better weather - but the guests, many of them from Canada and the US, came ashore smiling and ready for a true Faroese adventure. It was a lovely reminder that the weather we sometimes worry about can be exactly what makes a visit here feel special.
Later, the sun came out just in time for the hikes, giving everyone a beautiful taste of Oyndarfjørður in all its moods.
A big thank you to the locals for - once again - doing such a wonderful job welcoming the guests, and to everyone on board Ocean Nova for visiting.
